“While visiting family in the South of France, we discovered a unique essence to their meals. The difference was a crisp and dry Rosé, which enhanced the flavor of the food. After comparing varietals and appellations for Rosé, we have created our dry Rhone-style Rosé from Mendocino fruit to bring that “difference” to local tables. Our Rosé is a blend of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache and Viognier.
